Red Dragon Fruit Drink/Beverage
1.Red Dragon Cocoa Shake
Ingredient:
1 cup fresh Red Dragon Fruit
1/2 cup of chilled tofu
1/2 cup milk of choice
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon flaxseed powder
Method:
Mix well and blended into smoothie
2.Red Dragon- Mix Creamy Jolt
1/2 cup red dragon fruit ,cut into pieces
1/2 cup papaya, cut into pieces
1/2 cup pineapple juice (juiced separately)
1 teaspoon brewer's yeast
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
Method:Mix well and blended into smoothies
3.Red Dragon-Tango
1 cup red dragon fruit cut into pieces
1 cup mango cut into pieces
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 scoop whey protein powder
Sprinkle any kind of ground nuts (optional)
Method:Mix well and blend until smooth
4.Red Dragon Alert
1 cup of red dragon , cleaned
1/2 cup of grapefruit juice
1/2 cup low-fat frozen vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup soft tofu
1 tablespoon almond butter
Raw honey to taste (optional)
Method: Mix well and blend until smooth
5.Green Slush
1 cup kiwi fruit peeled and cut into pieces
1 cup red dragon shoots cut into pieces
1 cup brewed green tea, cooled
Ice cubes according to smoothie texture
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 tablespoon of spirulina powder
Method: Mix well and blend until smooth
6. RED DRAGON MARTINI-AKA DRAGONTINI
Ingredients:
Four cups of red dragon vinegar,
Two tablespoons of sugar
One half Red dragon fruit ginger ale,
for topping up
1 wedge of dragon fruit, to garnish
Blend all ingredients with ice in a blender, pour into a cocktail glass,
add ice cubes and top up with ginger ale. Garnish with a slice of dragon fruit.
Method: Mix well and blend until smooth.
7.Hot Red Dragon Vinegar
INGREDIENTS
6 cups Red Dragon Vinegar
1/4 cup real maple syrup
2 cinnamon sticks
6 whole cloves
1 red dragon peel, cut into strips
Method:
1) Pour the red dragon vinegar and maple syrup into a large stainless steel saucepan.
2) Place the cinnamon sticks, cloves and red dragon peel in the center of a washed square of cheesecloth; fold up the sides of the cheesecloth to enclose the bundle, then tie it up with a length of kitchen string. Drop the spice bundle into the mixture.
3) Place the saucepan over moderate heat for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the vinegar is very hot but not boiling.
4) Remove the vinegar from the heat. Discard the spice bundle. Ladle the vinegar into big cups or mugs, adding a fresh cinnamon stick to each serving if desired.
8.Red Dragon Julius
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen Red Dragon Puree/juice
- 2 oz milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- Red Dragon Fruit slices for garnish
Method :
- Place all ingredients in a blender with 1/2 cup of ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled hurricane glass.
If the mix is too thick, add more juice or water.
9.Spring Fever With Red Dragon
INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 oz red dragon puree
- 2tablespoon red dragon vinegar
- 3/4 oz mango syrup
- 1 1/2 oz apple juice
- 2 oz blood orange juice
PREPARATION:
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a collins glass half-filled with crushed ice.
10.Red Dragon- Sundowner
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 oz red dragon juice
- 2 1/2 oz cold sparkling water
- fresh mint sprig for garnish
PREPARATION:
- Pour the ingredients into a stemmed white wine glass with ice.
- Stir.
- Garnish with the mint sprigs.
11.Soda Shop Cola with Red Dragon Fruit
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp red dragon juice
- cola
- lemon wedge for garnish
PREPARATION:
- Fill a highball or collins glass with ice.
- Add cherry juice and vanilla extract.
- Top off with cola.
- Garnish with the lemon wedge.
12. Red Dragon Arnold Palmer
INGREDIENTS:
- lemonade
- dragon fruit tea
PREPARATION:
- Pour equal amounts of lemonade and dragon tea into a collins glass filled with ice.
- Stir
13.Berry Patch
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz fresh blueberries
- 2 oz fresh reddragon
- 2 oz fresh raspberries
- 2 oz fresh strawberries
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup milk
PREPARATION:
- In a blender combine the ice cream, berries and milk.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled collins glass.
- Garnish with fresh dragon fruit on top.
