龙果芝麻虾 Sesame Prawn with red dragon sauce

材料Ingredients:

500克 鲜虾(洗净,破双飞,以龙果酵素香糟100ml腌半小时)
500g Prawn (rinse and halved, marinate it with 100ml Dragon Fruit Lees for 30 minutes.)
1大匙tbsp 白芝麻White sesame

调味料Seasoning:

2大匙tbsp .蚝油Oyster sauce
2大匙.tbsp 鱼露Fish essence
2大匙.tbsp 蒜Garlic
2大匙.tbsp 姜茸Chopped ginger


作法Method:

1.热锅,将虾用大火煎香捞起备用。
Heat up the wok to fry the prawn without oil, and then remove, keep aside.

2.热锅,爆香蒜,姜茸,倒入腌料煮滚。将虾回锅烹煮,洒上芝麻便可。(龙果种子黑色,芝麻白色增加美感和口味)
Heat up the wok to fragrant the garlic, chopped ginger, and seasoning to boil. Pour in the pre-fried prawn, sprinkle with some white sesame. Ready to be served.
