柚香鸡丝沙拉 pamelo with chicken salad


材料Ingredient:

1粒no 柚子Pomelo(取出果肉)
适量Adequate鸡肉Chicken
150g 小番茄Cherry tomato(切半Halved)
150g 青豆仁Green pea(烫熟Blanched)
200g 虾仁Prawn
100g 鸡肉丝Chicken slices

南洋風味醬汁Special Nanyang Sauce:

2大匙tbsp魚露醋Fish essence
1大匙tbsp 柠檬汁Lemon Juice
适量蒜末、辣椒末、盐与胡椒(太辣的話可以果糖或蜂蜜調味)
Adequate chopped garlic, salt and pepper (recommend to add some fruit sugar or honey to mix well)


做法Method:

1)将柚子自顶端三分之一处横剖一刀,把肉全挖出来剥散,拌进小番茄、青豆仁、虾仁、鸡肉丝
Cut 1/3 part horizontally of Pomelo from the top, remove all the flesh from Pomelo, mix with cherry tomato, green pea, prawn and chicken slices.

2)拌上酱汁,再塞回柚子盅里,撒上葱花香菜即成。
And then pour in Nanyang Sauce to mix it well, sprinkle with some coriander, and is ready to be served.
